The IEEE ASU Student Branch partnered with the Sun Devil Robotics Club to form high school and college-level teams to build battle robots. It was for a friendly competition during the Night of the Open Door as a way to introduce robotics interested students. Interested participants were put into a team of 3 to 6 people to create a 3 pound robot. There were workshops included to educate those without any prior experience. The event was very fun and big thanks to everyone that came! It was great to see everyone enjoying the wonders of robotics.
