On September 12, 2019, the IEEE Student Branch held their first meeting of the Fall 2019 Semester. The Board Members welcomed the general student body to an info session. In the meeting, they introduced everyone to the IEEE Student Branch and explained what their club was about. The upcoming board member elections were also presented as an opportunity for the general members to get more involved in the club. As a special treat, a guest speaker from construction engineering company Burns and McDonnell came to discuss their company and opportunities for internships. The meeting concluded with some food and refreshments. Thank you to all that came out and got to know us!
